What we collect

Your email address (when you create an account, start checkout or request a study plan), your practice results, and basic analytics about how the site is used. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To provide your account and track your progress; to send the emails you'd expect, such as your results, purchase receipts and a reminder if you started checkout but didn't finish; and to improve the site. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time by replying to any email.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers that run the site (hosting, payments, email) under confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Students under 18

Many of our users are school students. We only ask for an email address, never for a school, date of birth or other personal details, and we don't show adverts or sell data. Students under 13 should use the site with a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian should make any purchase. Parents can email us to see or delete their child's account.
